General notes

At airtrk, access to personal data is only available to persons who need this data to carry out their tasks within the responsible body, who are aware of the legal provisions on data protection and have committed themselves to complying with them in accordance with the applicable legal provisions (Article 5 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR)). The collection, processing, use and transmission of the personal data collected takes place, in accordance with Article 6 (1) of the EU GDPR, only to the extent necessary for the execution of a contractual relationship between airtürk, as the responsible body, and the visitor, as the person concerned.

„KI-generiert" — das Bild wurde vollständig von einem KI-System erzeugt.
„Mit KI bearbeitet" — ein echtes Foto wurde mit KI-Werkzeugen verändert.
„Symbolbild" — das Bild illustriert einen Sachverhalt, zeigt aber nicht die konkret beschriebene Situation, Räumlichkeit oder Person.

Nicht als KI-Bearbeitung kennzeichnen wir übliche Bildoptimierungen, die den Aussagegehalt eines Fotos nicht verändern — etwa Zuschnitt, Helligkeit, Kontrast, Farbkorrektur oder Rauschreduzierung. Solche Standardbearbeitungen sind nach Artikel 50 Absatz 2 der KI-Verordnung ausdrücklich ausgenommen. Fotos von unseren Räumlichkeiten, unseren Mitarbeitenden und unseren tatsächlichen Leistungen sind echte Aufnahmen. Wo wir davon abweichen, steht es am Bild.
