Cockpit is the central tool for flight booking in travel agencies – powerful, flexible and easy to understand. Thanks to the integrated 24/7 Service Center in German, Turkish and English, multi-port search and flexible ±3-day queries, connections can be found quickly and precisely. Alternative airports are also displayed automatically.

Cockpit supports a wide range of special fares and additional functions perfectly tailored to everyday consultancy, including:

• NET, TOP, LOW-COST, DIR, CHA and VFR fares for tailored offers
• NDC flights, SSR services (e.g. seat selection, extra baggage, meals) and lounge access
• Upselling of all fare families with easy fare selection and price transparency
• Direct access to fare rules and airline regulations with a single click

In addition, Cockpit offers practical features such as draft saving ("save for later"), automated notifications for rebookings or cancellations, check-in within the system, four payment methods and a sales mode without deposit. Travel agencies can create their own itineraries, share information within the team via PNR and freely define their service surcharge on a fare basis.

How It Works in Practice

The flight search starts by entering the desired route or using the multi-port option. Flexible travel dates (+/- 3 days) can be activated with a single click. After selecting the appropriate fares and applying filters, booking proceeds with direct price display.

SSR services, child fares and special requests can be easily added. Tickets can be booked, cancelled or changed with just one click. All transactions are traceable via the backend and automatically documented. Optionally, sales can be made without a deposit – or with an individual agency service fee. Team collaboration is facilitated by the PNR info-sharing function.
