New check-in rule for transfer flights (valid immediately)

Dear travel agency partners,

Pegasus has adjusted the check-in process for transfer connections. Please inform your customers well in advance of departure and consider the following points when advice/booking:

No more partial check-in until the stopover
Check-in and baggage handling always take place all the way to the final destination (through check-in).

Special case “no customs at the final destination”
For international connections, their destination airport no customs clearance For international arrivals, only the first flight section checked in; luggage will be delivered by transfer station promoted and given up again there.

Requires the same PNR
The regulation applies to onward flights within the same PNR. With separate bookings (2 PNR) You must check in and drop off your luggage again at the transfer airport.

Please let our travelers know this in advance (especially for separate bookings) to avoid waiting times or missed connections.
